I hope that it isn't considered bad form to post here with a link to an eBay auction, but that is how I've chosen to sell this item and thought that it may be appreciated by some people here.  The only info that this site makes mention of about it is that it is (or was, now) thought to be one of a kind.  Please kindly refer to the auction, and feel free to ask any questions about it that aren't answered there.  Thanks for your time.
