Item Description THIS IS AS "ONE-OF-A-KIND" RUMPH AS YOU CAN FIND...!!! This started as a black ink print which JIM HAND-COLORED...HAND DREW THE LEFT AND RIGHT BORDERS and Handwrote the message..."OK can you?" He then HANDSIGNED IT TO ME...."GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS....YOUR OBEDIENT SERVANT JAMES C. His middle name was Calhoun. As a final joke...he proceeded to tear off his signature....which we later taped back on.

Size is 81/2" X 11"....show some staining and wear to the corners.
