Item Description This is a double sided piece of paper that is 8.5 x 11. It's yellow in color and is black and white. It has a little bio about Rumph. It is a Rumra Distributors flyer.

The bio reads:

Pipe sculptor blends function and fantasy
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - If the grinning dragons and somber wizards of Rumra ceramic pipes bring to mind the gargoyles of Renaissance Europe, it's with good reason. Sculptor James C. Rumph who creates fantasy designs for the glossy white pipes studied grotesque and erotic statuary while on a year's sabatical in Saltzburg, Austria, and later incorporated the style into his own pieces.
Discovered by the press and the public at the Renaissance Pleasure Fair in Los Angeles, Rumph was commissioned to design a line of mugs which were sold nationally in May Co., Robinson's and J.C. Penny's stores.
Rumph's style also won him the task of designing annual awards for the Count Dracula Society and the Academy of Sci Fi, Fantasy and Horror Films. He made and sold Star Wars mugs, and created a King Kong mug complete with Faye Wray for Paramount Studios. Among his other celebrity mugs have been: Superman, Ted Kennedy, Joe Namath, Isaac Asimov and Robin Williams.
One of Rumph's most recent designs is a statue of a female elf riding on a snail along with a small frog. At first glance the sculpture's function as a smoking implement is not obvious, because a moveable section of the work hides the pipe bowl. The very decorative item sells for $30.
Jim Rumph's pipes are available from Rumra Distributors, 2140 E. 51 St., Los Angeles, CA 90058.
