The Piece I have is marked Test #1
Added by Tombyturtle from KY on 07/05/2008

This piece was usually the favorite item around the Slyme Factory. Very few were made. They were difficult to pull off for Jim because of a proneness toward warping over all, and cracking along the top ridge.

The really cool ones had gold glaze highlights on them. He did make them rarely but over a long period of time. I know they sold in the hundreds of dollars which was big compared to most of what he sold.
There must be more than 2 out there. They were prized by anyone who got one and I can't imagine them being tossed or lost.
Over the five years I was with him, he successfully made probably a handful I think.
