AKA: Frazetta's Crucified Alien

This is a one-of-a-kind pre-production sculpture for a wall-hanging made of plasticene and measuring 8.75 x 6.5 inches. Based on Frank Frazetta painting for the Science Fiction issue of The National Lampoon -- June, 1972.

When the deal with Frazetta fell through, the sculpture was never used and is unsigned.

Added Information:

Jim did all his scultping in plasticene filled with plaster of Paris. He would keep the entire project damp and viable until it was finished, then use plaster of Paris to make the mold. Over the years the materials have become brittle and the sculpture has been repaired once. I received it as a gift from Jim.
