This piece is definitely Rumph as my two pictures come from a picture of The Slyme Factory in the early 80's. As you can see, the girl's hair and the bowls come in different colors.

This was made by Rumph. I manufactured it for Berney-Karp in the early 80's. Jim did make the original.
