INSATIABLE SATYR Cologne Decanter



Brown colored cologne decanter in the figure of a satyr that had been transformed into half-man, half-goat. The left horn removes to become the stopper. Measures 4" wide and 6" tall.

The male of the pair of Cologne/Aftershave decanters produced for Rumph, Inc. in 1973, The Insatiable Satyr is in the likeness of a relation to the Rumph himself, Satyr Rumph.

This specimen still has some of the original cologne and sports the original paper label (slightly water, or cologne, stained). Value $200.

This picture is of the front of the box for the cologne. The rest of the box sides are the same as for the Eartha Erogenous Decanter.

The male decanter also has a matching female decanter. I have both in my collection and both contain original contents. The male figure still has original paper sticker attached to the the bottom as being Distributed by RUMPH I.C. Torrance, Ca. 1973 I found both together at a yard sale 30 years ago and bought them because I thought they were cute.
