I believe this to be from either the Dr. Rumph's Traveling Freak Show or possibly the ladies version of the "Oil of the Horney" Both had a version of the Gremlin inside a jar. Which is the same as the gremlin that appears on the ashtray. The Fat Lady also appears on the "Fat Lady With Demon Ashtray."
