One of a few similar small hanging pieces. This one is signed "RUMPH".
Measures 3" long, 2 1/8" wide and about 2 1/4" thick. It appears that are two protrusions under the chin that have broken off. These may be the remanants of feet or attached to something. Also up on the top of the head, in the middle of what looks like a bow, is another something that broke off.
