Added Information:

I got the idea to have a first day cover like the usps does on many stamps or celebrity stamps.. as they did also on this one, from graceland. I thought it'd be a good idea to have one from tupelo, miss., as 'e' was born there, that's all. so, i bought a bunch of 'e' stamps, put them on the rumph printed envelopes, and then boxed them up and sent them all to tupelo, where they were hand cancelled by the tupelo p.o. there and returned to me.

On this Elvis project, he got such a kick out of me and my antics, and he even did some comic drawings of an old burned out Elvis with flies buzzing around his head.
