This Super Neat piece is 12" high and was probably made as a prototype for Lionstone Whiskey which issued a number of this type of decanter. Unfortunately a Whiskey Company Never bought it. Marked "© RUMPH 1971" on the bottom.

So far, it appears to be harder to find than the Bogart Decanter.
